Performance Marketing Metrics

Cost Per Acquisition (CPA): This shows how much it costs to gain a new customer, whether through a sale or lead.

  1. Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): Measures how much revenue you make for every dollar spent on ads.
  2. Click-Through Rate (CTR): This tells you the percentage of people who clicked on your ad after seeing it.
  3. Conversion Rate: Measures how many visitors took the desired action, like purchasing or signing up.
  4. Cost Per Click (CPC): The amount paid each time someone clicks on your ad or banner.
  5. Customer Lifetime Value (CLV): Total revenue expected from a customer over the entire relationship.
  6. Impressions: The number of times your ad is shown to users.
  7. Lead Conversion Rate: This shows how effective you are at turning leads into actual customers.
  8. Ad Spend: The total budget you’re using for your marketing campaigns.
  9. Bounce Rate: The percentage of people who leave your website after viewing only one page, signaling poor engagement.
  10. Engagement Rate: This measures how much people interact with your ads, like liking, sharing, or commenting.

  12. Retention Rate: Measures how many of your customers come back to make repeat purchases or interact with your brand again.
