Do I need a credit card for Sign Up or registration?

No , you don't require any credit-card or pre-payment to use Trakaff or registration

I want to build a CPA Network. Can Trakaff help me?

I want to start my affiliate program. Is Trakaff useful for that?

How does Trakaff track the conversions and sales if it happens on my advertiser website?

Trakaff use pixel(Image pixel , Iframe pixel) based and Server To Server postback tracking method to track conversions or sale from advertiser website.

What is the smart-link ?

Smart-link is a single link for multiple offers. It helps you to rotate your traffic according to country, devices and the best conversion rate.

Can we use Trakaff with our E-commerce website for running an affiliate program?

Yes you can use Trakaff with your E-commerce websites like WordPress woo-commerce , Shopify and custom-made E-commerce site

Can I get an annual plan for more than 1 year?

Yes, you can upgrade for plans more than 1 year. Please Contact us here

Can I upgrade my plan if I’m already on an annual deal?

Yes, You can upgrade your plan even on annual deal, your remaining credits/balance will be adjusted according to billing.

What are events?

In Trakaff, events can be clicks or conversions.

Will my tracking stop after I reach the monthly limit?

No, It will not. After you reach your limit, all your events/clicks/conversions will still be tracked, but you’ll have to pay for the additional events, that are not covered by your plan. You will be charged according to your pricing plan.

In which plans is API available?

Can I customize my plan?

Yes. You can customize your plan in terms of addon’s and extra features. If you’d like to modify some specific features, please contact us

Can I upgrade or downgrade my current plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. If you choose to downgrade your plan, keep in mind that this action may implicate losing/gaining access to some of the Addon’s and Features. Our CS team will always help with account settings.

Can I cancel my plan when I want?

You can cancel anytime. If you decide to cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, you will still be able to work on a platform until the end of the cycle. You won’t be charged next month.

How can I pay for my plan?

Currently we are accepting these payment methods — PayPal, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, American Express, Razor Pay, and Webmoney. If you need a different payment method, contact us here

Is my data removed after the period of retention?

We save your data according to plans you opt for, but only for a limited period of time, in case you get back to us. In that case, you will be charged according to your plan for that backup.

My needs exceed the Grow plan. What should I do?

You can simply upgrade your plan according to your needs. Our support team is always available to set you up with new plan.

How easy it will be to migrate from another tracking platform?
